Kid Pix has an additional menucalled Speech, where options about the reading of the text areselected.
Under File you can open and save a Slide Show in different format such as StandAlone which allows someone who does not have Kid Pix on their machine to view it. Under Goodies you can select how the Slide Show is played, clean up after making changes and pick a background color to frame each picture in the Slide Show.
