PROJECT 4R's - extends educational technologies to kindergarten and first grade students in public elementary schools across Indiana. This project is not about technology but about benefits to students in improved learning that result from integration of technology into the elementary curriculum. Special appropriations by the Indiana State General Assembly fund technology for elementary reading, writing, and mathematics and for remediation. Since 1990, this project has funded technology in more than 1,000 elementary schools.
